What is a S’draw®?

We’ve created a modern and planet friendly replacement for the outdated plastic straw.

What makes the S’draw® different from other straws?

It is the first and only stainless steel threaded “to-go” straw. It's compact and easy to clean. Because it disassembles, all components can be thoroughly cleaned, unlike other straws which can develop mold and horrible trapped odors.

What is a S’draw® made of?

The S’draw® components are made of food-grade stainless steel. This makes it very durable, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. Think of it as the straw version of your flatware. 

What is included with my purchase?

Depending on which package you choose, you will receive different components of the S'draw® along with a cleaning brush, drip cloth and case.

Cleaning and use:

How do I clean my S’draw®?

We recommend using the included brush and warm soapy water to clean all components before first use and rinse with clear water. Screw together desired components. To avoid damaging your S'draw, do not overtighten. 

Is my S’draw® dishwasher safe?

Yes!  Simply place it in the flatware holder in your dishwasher. If you’re on the go and unable to clean your S’draw® right away, just unscrew the components, wrap them in the drip cloth, put everything in the case and clean at home.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

We do not accept cash or checks for online orders.

Can I make changes to my order, once it’s been made?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can edit it. Otherwise, just contact us. We'll love hearing from you!

Shipping Info:

When will I know my order is on the way?

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Orders usually process within a day and depending on how it's shipped and where it's going, should arrive in a couple of days.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

Yes! Just choose USPS as your preferred carrier.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Contact the carrier your order was sent with and give them your tracking number. Please contact us at info@sdraws.com and we’ll help as much as we can! Once your order has left us and the shipment status has been changed by the carrier to "delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods and cannot be held liable. 

Return/Refund Policy:

Can I return my S’draw®?

We stand behind our product and know you’ll love it, but… if there’s something wrong with it or it’s not what you expected, you can return it to us. Please return it within 30 days of purchase, in the condition you received it (unused), for a full item refund.

We don't believe you'll need it, but in case you do, here's our return address:

Who’s responsible for return shipping costs?

You’re responsible for shipping back your purchase.  Please contact us directly for more information.

We cannot accept COD deliveries and are not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
